# PrivacySafe Community Payments

> A live proof of concept: pay via the app or AI agents, using Solana and x402, in USDC or AUDD, and unlock a private community. Payments go directly to the creator's wallet; PrivacySafe never takes custody. It extends PrivacySafe, end-to-end encrypted apps that already ship.

## What it does

- A creator charges for access to a private community. The example is John Kiriakou's Secret Agent Club: a members-only podcast episode, case files and live Q&A, for 1.00 USDC or 1.40 AUDD.
- **Solana Pay:** pay from any Solana wallet, by link on the phone or by QR code from another device. Each payment carries a reference only the paying member can produce.
- **x402:** HTTP-native payments inside the app, usable by people and by AI agents. The network fee is covered, so no SOL is needed. In the app, the wallet button shows which wallets are detected on the device (for example "Pay with Phantom (detected)").
- **Verification:** the server unlocks access only after the payment is final on Solana.
- **Identity:** members sign in with a PrivacySafe address (for example name@privacysafe.me). No phone number.
- **After joining:** the members-only episode plays, and members can share it in PrivacySafe Chat or save it to PrivacySafe Storage.

## Status

Proof of concept. Payments are real Solana transactions, kept small. Sharing to PrivacySafe Chat and Storage hands off to the PrivacySafe app, which is adding support for it. The member count shown in the club is illustrative.
